With the arrival of the final solar term of autumn, it's time to start "nourishing" the body.
霜降，秋天最後一個節氣。燥寒並至，重保暖、宜溫補，多吃山藥、栗子、南瓜。田間收尾冬作起，休耕種綠肥最固碳。
Frost's Descent, autumn's last solar term. Dry and cold: stay warm, eat warming foods like yam, chestnut, and pumpkin. Fields shift to winter crops; green manure in fallow locks in carbon.
